Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering or using scoremybiz.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ScoreMyBiz generates a Business Health Score (0–100) from financial data you enter. The score is calculated algorithmically using a published methodology. It is:

• Informational only — not a guarantee of business performance
• Based solely on the numbers you provide — accuracy depends on your inputs
• Not audited or certified by any regulatory body
• Not a substitute for professional financial advice

3. Free trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial after registration. During the trial:

• Score calculation is unlimited
• ScoreMyBiz Advisor is available (3 questions a day); photo entry 30 and voice entry 30 a month

No payment details are taken at signup and nothing is charged automatically. We remind you before your 30 free days end. When they end, you choose whether to continue at ₹299/month.

After 30 days, the plan (₹299/month) is needed to keep seeing your score. On the plan the Advisor answers 5 questions a day, with photo entry 100 and voice entry 60 a month.

4. Plan and payment

• There is one plan: ₹299 per month, paid month to month
• Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout
• Paid on the website or through our WhatsApp pay link, nothing is charged automatically: you pay again only when you choose to continue. Subscribed inside the app through Google Play or the App Store, the store renews the plan each month until you cancel it in the store.
• To stop, simply do not pay for the next month; there is nothing to cancel
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.

5. Refund policy

Your first payment comes with a 7-day full refund, no questions asked — email support@scoremybiz.com within 7 days of that payment. Later monthly payments are refunded pro-rata for the unused days of that month, on request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Enter false or misleading data to manipulate your score
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the scoring model
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service

8. ScoreMyBiz Advisor

The Advisor is powered by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude). It is designed for business-related questions only. The Advisor:

• Responds only to questions about your business finances, operations, and strategy
• Does not provide certified financial, legal, or tax advice
• May make errors — always verify important decisions with a qualified professional
• Does not retain chat history between sessions

9. CA Partner accounts

CA Partner accounts are for licensed Chartered Accountants only. CAs may not access client chat history. Client data entered by a CA on behalf of clients remains the property of those clients.

10. Intellectual property

ScoreMyBiz™ is a registered trademark of Arthvan Analytics Private Limited (Class 42, Application No. O-0005716011, priority date August 12, 2026). The scoring methodology, interface, and content are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of ScoreMyBiz without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

ScoreMyBiz and Arthvan Analytics Private Limited are not liable for any business decisions made based on scores or Advisor responses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
